This is the flat low restriction "Race Style" exhaust port gasket.
These exhaust gaskets are a flat-woven stainless steel design that does not compress into the exhaust port, improving flow out of the head into the exhaust header pipe.
These are designed to work with the new spherical exhaust port.

Made of a knitted stainless steel wire mesh (gasket has no added graphite/carbon),
**Great for when you are having a little trouble getting the exhaust surfaces to match up for a good seal and will not leak.
These have been compressed to a 1/8" thick gasket.
**Used when removing / replacing the stock exhaust or when installing a replacement performance exhaust system
